Meadowbrook Planned Community was initially recorded as a plat, and subsequently developed, by DCAV Investments. Property owners of the new development were organized into the Meadowbrook Homeowners Association, Inc., an Oregon non-profit corporation; and the original Declaration of Restrictive Covenants Conditions and Restrictions and Easements was recorded on May 7, 1996 in the records of Columbia County, Oregon. DCAV Investments originally managed the association’s business, but in 2003 the homeowners elected to take-on the administrative responsibilities. In November 2004 the Meadowbrook Homeowners Association approved the Restatement of Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Easements for Meadowbrook Planned Community (Restated Declaration), which supersedes the original Declaration. The Restated Declaration, along with the Restated Articles of Incorporation and Restated Bylaws, are the current governing documents for the Meadowbrook Planned Community.
